I do agree with u all that definitely laksh cannot be like Arjun, i luved arjun character till he was strong , d day he consummate his marriage as per instruction given by purvi he lost respect in my eyes, I know ovi was wrong but she did tried her best to be gud wife. laksh is not someone u claim 2 luv Swara & never leave a chance 2 get physical with ragini, when he is getting full chances from ragini. he is trying but failing again coz he is not able 2 forget swara. sorry 2 hurt anyone but I was d biggest fan of arjun but began 2 hate him coz he did it only after dictated by purvi. consummation is a big step in 2 person lives & it should only happen when 2 person r prepare for it. laksh is taking his own time thou I don't want consummation b/ w ragya now. acc to current track laksh may return as lucky mode. my POV.

I hope this comment tells you why I put the title up.There is no comparing Lakshya and Salman. It is just Salman and Ajay. I truly did love Aish and Salman in HDDCS. I don't even watch the part after Salman leaves. 🤓

I knew there would be a Salman deserves Aish comment. I love Aish and Salman's part of the movie too. But when you actually think about it.
Salman tried, but when he failed he went back and did not return or try to find out what's happening with her you know. He didn't even know that she was forced to get married to someone else. It was pretty irresponsible. However we can forgive him unlike Lakshyahere🤢 And thus the promise of Aish to him to become only his for next 7 lives.

However, Ajay always put his wife's feelings before him and helped her to reach out to Salman believing that his love's destiny was his wife's/ love's wish which was Salman. Takes real love and commitment for that kind of sacrifice don't you think?

OF COURSE!!! I completely agree... Ajay's actions require true love and a real commitment!! That is why I love the movie even with it having Sal-Aish not ending together...

However, Ajay and Salman were both true lovers of Aish... Salman went away not only because of his "guru-dakshina" but also cause the value Aish's dad held in her life was ultimate... He knew that even if he stayed and fought for her, even if he managed to take her away, it would be against daddy dearest's wishes and Aish would never be happy.. SO instead of making her choose between daddy and boyfriend, he left, which IMO also requires a lot of guts and love for the other half...

Laksh never had any of this trouble.. His shaadi to was set yr! He ONLY had to trust her!!!! Which he didn't... I know you're not comparing Salman and Laksh but you are comparing the boyfriend-lady-husband/second-man-in-her-life angle which IMO, doesn't ft here only...

Just my views.. I do not mean to offend you...😊

just for the record...😉

Aree! No I did not take any offence 😆
This was just something that popped into my head. The movie plot . So made a post with the title. It was in no way supposed to talk about the boyfriend-lady-husband scenario! Ofcourse it doesn't fit here. I was just making people understand what Sanskaar is doing for Swara by comparing his love to Ajay. That was the end of comparision. Then the whole Salman angle came into picture😕 I would never take offence when the argument makes sense😛😆
I Will however take the daddy dearest point into consideration, I still wish he and they had fought a little more you know!😆 I know I'm a sucker for happy endings😭

salman in HDDS was not in a position & power to fight for aish. though if he had garnered strength he could have maybe, same can be said about aish as well why she she allow her family to force her into marriage. but that wud have required going against family.
On the other hand Ajaj devgan was in a position & power to send aish back to salman. After marriage he had a right on her than her conservative family acc to her own family, what he did was right-why would one want to stay in a loveless marriage(from the wife's side) (we have even heard about a real life incident of this.)

sanskaar & ajay's position can be same here. but salman & lakshya's position is not the same. No one forced lakshya to leave n not trust swara.
