As for YuvLe, I don't know when exactly they started dating, but Twinkle loved him for 7 years. Yes, Yuvi could have done many things but he didn't really have a reason too. Initially, he was too busy making Twinkle fall in love with, build himself up to the point that she will consider him to be as equally important as her mom. Establish himself as the male figure that could fill in for her dad. Basically, to make her dependent on him and in a way, submissive to him.

Prior to Kunj, he didn't face a real threat. As we saw, Twinkle will take care of the other suitors by scaring them away. The real threat came when Kunj and her alliance got approved by both sides, with her attempts to breaking it off constantly failing. Now remember, unlike the other proposals, they were never blessed by the divine in as heavy a manner as TwiNj's is. It has been blessed by both Mata Rani and Babaji; divine figures from different religions, different backgrounds and different spiritual affiliations.

With this type of support by their side, Yuvi started feeling a sense of insecurity and paranoia in that he might actually not be able to achieve his revenge. What his initial plan was, I have no idea. But I can say that whatever it was, was carefully thought out and was to work in the long term. However, all his plans right now are spontaneous, impulsive and short-term. Hence, the ineffectiveness of them.

He could have but like I said, I don't think he had a reason to at the time. He might have felt like he had all the time in the world to carry out his deeds in a way that will leave him untainted while Twinkle and her family will be horribly defamed. This violent acts of his are out of desperation and a need to finish the task fast. Remember, when Twinkle drank the poison, he said that he wants her to live so that he can defame/torture/kill her slowly. His revenge will be complete to his satisfaction and with the knowledge that she has suffered in the same way that the Luthras have.

Remember, we don't know the full details between Leela, her husband and Anita. It could be that Yuvraaj wished to recreate that part of history and inflict the exact same pain onto Twinkle that her dad had onto Anita.
