Why should the surrogacy track be scrapped? What is wrong with that? This is an unfortunate reality of so many couples out there who can't naturally conceive and have to either resort to invitro fertilization or surrogacy. Having a child is a beautiful thing and if science had progressed so much where a couple can be blessed with this miracle then why not?

No, I completely disagree with the way Raman took her consent - that's fraud but I am also interested to see how this will unfold.

However, I personally don't think there is an issue with the ex-wife carrying the baby. If the couple have a mutual understanding with the ex and the couple'srelations are cordial then who better than the ex who is already the mother of 2 older children? If this goes further, think of the children in future; how much less confusion and mental distraught of who is who's mom...this way they have Shagun mamma and Ishi ma instead of Shagun mamma for 2, Ishi ma for 3, and then another mom for the 3rd. Yes, in most cases, surrogate kids do not know their surrogate mothers but in a few there are relations established.
