Episode begins off by our Dia coming home in a wheelchair. Everyone welcomes her wholeheartedly. Everyone teases Shaya regarding Urmi's remark of wanting to be a grandmother soon.
Finally, it's time for Dia to take rest so Shaurya carries her upstairs.
Later, they show Shaurya taking care of Dia with background music while he's doing so.
A few days later, Dia gets well and is serving the family food happily. Bade Papa asks Shaurya about his trip and Shaurya announces that he has a night flight. Dia asks him what is happening, and Shaurya says he forgot to tell her about his trip to London. He says it's only for six months.
Later, in their room Dia tells Shaurya he should've told her. Shaurya says it slipped, and besides, she wanted a divorce so she should be happy he's going aways for six months. Dia says that was the past but she doesn't want that now.
Shaurya asks why.
Dia shyly says
"Kyunki mein ab aapko chaati hoon." "I love you".

The whole family applauds coming in.
Ishaani, Anirudh, & Urmi reveal that Shaurya isn't going anywhere. It was all a plan to make her confess her love for him. Dia is surprised.
Anirudh admits that he couldn't watch them behave like strangers in their house even though they love each other so much.
Anirudh tells everyone to get ready for a pooja, and he announces that from now on this house will be peaceful.
