Why Katrina opt for Tanning?

I dont understand the reason behind her decision...does she want to support darker skin tone so thats why tanning of her light skin?

Because fair people want a tan. Katty is no exception.
I live in a country that is obsessed with a nice beach tan. 😆

For a beachy glow but then they start looking like Oompa loompa. There should be a limit for everything, be it tanning or or bleaching or plastic surgery or else they start looking like a caricature of themselves.
