Oh so Govinda was the 1st choice for Anil's role? I could totally se why!

Anyways, yes.. it is true. Aishwarya was the main protagonist and the hero of Taal.

The story was nothing new... but A R Rehman's mesmerizing, timeless music and the flawlessness of Aishwarya totally made it worth a watch. It was also the 1st ever Indian film to find a spot in the Top 20 of the USA Box Office charts. 😊
