Disgusting in the precap? Was it the fact that Gayatri was eating with her hands?

Maybe CVs will cut that scene out after reading our comments.
Yeah Ranaji should've been caring not insensitive or at least have remained silent.
Kings are suppose to be able to tolerate alot more than people merely getting ill. >:(

Her lack of manners.
He is not going to make any excuses for Gayatri. Because it is not his mistake he is paying for, but his mother's...and that too he is being forced against his will. So he is also going to go about looking for faults...like BRM...

I think they lay the foreground it for it with the last episode- he is not impressed with her pooja or prasad and would rather have her out of his way. That Black coffee scene was a trailer on the equation between Raja and Rani. He looks down on her, subtly... He can't help it. His mother has brought him with more of an Angrez upbringing, and he is a Royal. He is a part of the mahal and Gayatri is the odd one out here- the undesirable odd one.

Gayatri did not vomit- but she did retch. He found that unacceptable in a queen. Many would, actually.😉

So he didnt like the way she made the fact that she didn't like non-veg food so apparent. And the fact that she didnt know what black coffee was? But their really isnt much to look down upon Gayatri. She might not be a royal but she comes from a family that is richer than the royals. She is privileged enought to know how to read and write?? 😲
