Part III: Ruhi is confused
Scene 1:
Ishita is helping Ruhi to complete her homework. Shravan rushes in and request Ishita to tell his friends that he has gone out with his grandma. Ishita refuses to say so. Shravu tells Ishita that his friends force him to play at his study time. If he agrees, he will be scolded by Vandu or else friends will be angry. Shravu's friends (even Ruhi's friends) entered the house and asked Ishita about Shravu. She said that he has gone out with his grandparents. They thought to call Ruhi, but seeing Ishita and remembering about her nonstop lectures they simply left the place.
Scene 2:
Thanking Ishita, Shravu went to his place to concentrate on his homework.
Here goes the conversation which ultimately ended Ruhi in confused state
Ruhi: Ishima why you told lie? Is it not wrong to tell lies?
Ishu: Telling lies is wrong, but to save someone we can tell lies.
Ruhi: When can we tell lie and for whom can tell lies? Is it good to tell lies even to parents for saving someone?
Ishu: (Even though she got puzzled for a while, she is extremely happy for the opportunity to delivery her lectures). See Ruhi, telling lies for one's own benefit is absolutely wrong but if it happens in a way like now to safeguard anyone w/o hurting others it is accepted.
(Sudden thought process underwent)
But at any cause, you should not tell lies to parents.
Ruhi: How will I know that my lies will not hurt others and still save someone?
Only I shouldn't tell lies to parents or everyone should follow this?
(she asked the questions with real childishness, but Ishu is slightly shaken a bit)
Ishu: It totally depends on how you tell the lies. See now I told the lie just to help Shravu, so that he can be good to both his mom and friends.
Ruhi: If I have to be good for two people simultaneously, should I say lie or should I ask someone to tell lies?
Ishu: (Got irritated) See not only telling lies even hiding the matters are also wrong. But it depends on the circumstances. Okay, Now it's time to complete your homework.
Ruhi is not convinced, but she has no choice. She continued thinking about her doubts and tried hard to finish her homework. More than Ruhi, Ishita seems to be highly confused. Ishu recalled each and every word of her reply to Ruhi. When the work gets over, Ishu tried to move, by then Ruhi interrupted her.
Ruhi: Ishima, now tell me how will I know that the situation is suitable to tell lies?
Ishu: Why you are asking such weird questions? Do you want to hide something from me or you have told any lies to me?
Ruhi: No ishima, that is quite impossible. I will hide something or say lies only when you tell me to do so.
Ishu: See now you got the answer, when I tell you to do "that is the right time/situation".
Ruhi: But is it right time for you or for me or for others?
Ishu: (completely annoyed), when the time comes you better know about this. I am leaving, I have very important work. You go and play outside.
Ruhi thought to clarify her doubts by asking the right person of the house.
(u people very well know he is none other than the great RKB)
