Kareena Speaks In Defence of ' Star Kids'

Having connections in any field will naturally help anyone step foot into that respective industry. However, actors and actresses with familial connections in Bollywood, tagged as "star kids", are often criticised for having an easy journey. Kareena Kapoor Khan, herself born into a family with a long history in Bollywood, has gone on record to claim that industry kids have their own struggle.
Hindustan Times quote Kapoor Khan as saying, "It (coming from a film family) really doesn't matter... you could be anybody's child, but your journey is your own. You have your own struggles, and you make your own choices. It obviously makes for an interesting read when someone, who doesn't come from a film family struggles and makes it big. But the struggles of those who come from a film background are completely different."
The most recent industry kids to have been launched in Bollywood are Suniel Shetty's daughter, Athiya, and Aditya Pancholi's son, Sooraj. The debutantes were launched by Salman Khan and Nikhil Advani in Bollywood's latest release, Hero', this gone Friday.

industry kids struggle and fail see abhishek, zayed, fardeen and the rest
BUT
to even be given the platform of entering something is difficult to even reach showbiz without connections.

Fraternity kids though get first time n platter but what about future? Like future of tushar,zayed,fardeen,eesha,udhay,abhishek n they still be taken.

You walked out of a movie and then again got another chance with a big director because of ur surname nothing else
how many outsider gets a chance in the 1st place,forget abt walking out?

Also not every star kid has acting chops unlike Kareena

That's what I m trying to say if kareena was a normal kid,would she roped in for kaho na piyar k or refugee? Tushar n udhay getting movie as leads. 😲 how can u t possible if they were ordinary ppl they wouldn't even have casted as supporting cast 🤢
