Arnav
What the hell is wrong with Khushi, she is acting soo weird today...Arnav thought... she was walking next to him...but she was lost in her own world...
"Khushi?" Arnav called, she didn't answer him...
"Khushi..." He said again touching her shoulder, she jumped...
"Huh?" Khushi said looking at him...
"What's wrong...?" Arnav asked softly
"Nothing... I'm fine..." Khushi said..."Where is Zoya... she probably has the reports... and Arjun..." but she stopped...Arnav was worried... he hadn't seen Khushi like this for a very long time...
"Khushi... go home..." Arnav said firmly...,"I will handle it... go home..." Arnav continued...
"No I'm fine..." Khushi said to him...
"No you're not ok... and I'm not going to force you to tell me... but I need your head here 100% and your head is not here... so go home ill handle the case alright..." Arnav said firmly...
"Arnav..." Khushi said, tears spilling from her eyes...She hugged him... Arnav hugged her back... he was really worried about her...She pulled away...
"Go home..." Arnav said... wiping away her tears... She shook her head...
"Ok..." She said... Khushi turned around and walked away...He ran a hand through his hair... he needed to handle this case...
Arjun was with Karan... Zoya had gone to the morgue... Arnav had to ask around for witnesses... he head back into the house...
Khushi
Khushi didn't go home... she walked away from the flat where the case was going on... there was a park nearby... everything was broken... there was graffiti everywhere... she sat down on a swing... the only thing that was left...
FLASHBACK
She had been spending lots of time with Arjun, he was different from other boys... he liked to talk... and ask her about her feelings... something Khushi has never experienced... she liked it... she could feel herself falling for him. hard... she knew he liked her too...
She wanted to move things on with him but he always held back... wanting to go slowly... But Khushi was not use to going to so slowly... but she like how he made her feel... it felt like she was special and she knew she wasn't... not in any way...
He took her to the movies, some they snuck into as they didn't have enough money... and they stole clothes and stuff... and got chased away as the security guards ran away after them... she had never had soo much fun... and every night they lay in the park and looked up at the stars together... making funny shapes... He made her happy... she hardly did drug's anymore.....
Taani
"I have an idea... let's go shopping!!" Taani said...
"What?" Rey asked...
Oh come, on we have to make this place fit to live in... Let's go to IKEA!!!" Taani yelled in delight... she grabbed his hand and they went back outside...
They had fun picking out things in IKEA... like sofa's and beds, cupboards and stuff... Rey laughed at Taani's crazy colour choosing, he had to remind her he was a guy, and guys wasn't a fan of having pink flowered bed sheets...
They brought a few things but the big things would be delivered tomorrow... as they could not fit it into Taani's car...It was nearly dark as they made their way back to the first apartment... Rey said he would stay the night there and tomorrow when the other things come he would move in...
Arjun
Arjun spent the day with Karan... he had slowly told Karan that his parents have passed away... Karan who was still young about six took a little time to adjust... but Arjun had made his day adventurous to take his mind off of everything...
They were having dinner at a fast food restaurant when Arjun's phone rang...
"Hello..." He answered...
"Hey Arjun its Arnav..." Arnav replied...
"Hey what happened?" Arjun asked... he didn't really want to talk in front of Karan... so he said he was going to the bathroom...
"What did you find out?" Arjun said
"It looks like things are not as easy as it looks..." Arnav replied...
"What do you mean?" Arjun asked
"Zoya, went up to forensics... the bullets that was shot to Mr and Mrs Malhotra.. is different from the bullets in the gun we found... which didn't make sense as there was only one gun found... and the finger prints on the gun shows that it belonged to Mr Malhotra..." Arnav explained...
"So there was someone else in the house that must have killed them..." Arjun said...
"Yes but the question is who killed them?" Arnav said..."I asked around about what happened last night...the neighbours said that they normally had problems in this house, always shouting... and shooting were normal in this neighbourhood... so this complicates things..."Arnav said...
"What about the boy did he say anything?" Arnav asked
"I haven't asked him... I just got him to cheer up after I told him about his parents..." Arjun said... he looked over to check on Karan... but he was gone...
"Shit... he's not there..."Arjun said...
"What do you mean?" Arnav asked..
"He was sitting right here... Arnav I'm going to call you back.." Arjun said...
"Arjun!! Wait!!" Arnav shouted but Arjun cut the phone... Where did that boy go?
