Its a timing thing guys. They shoot on a weekly basis. for example, RT shot for the war sequence last week that aired this weekend.

This means that RT is now shooting for episodes that will be shown this coming weekend. SO, He is still going to leave after Sanjam's death, but he will continue shooting until the weekend that shows the end of the track (i.e. sanjam's death and end of mahoba war), which might be in a couple of weeks. I hope that clarifies stuff a little.
