Alexx O'Neil hopes to pursue his passion for acting in films post Nach Baliye. O'Neil played the part of the British chef in Amitabh Bachchan starrer Cheeni Kum and is also seen in the recently releases Loins of Punjab.
"I enjoy acting. I did theatre earlier when I was in the US and now slowly and steadily I would like to get further into films. With more and more Bollywood films having an international angle to them I really hope that I can do it. It's not easy but not impossible either," says Alexx.
Considering the great comments he has been receiving on Nach Baliye for his performance maybe that dream role in Bollywood isn't far behind.
"I have done a few roles already like Cheeni Kum and Loins of Punjab as well as some ad films. However I don't know if as an American I will get an opportunity to play a male lead in the typical Hindi films. Having said that I would love to do it if the opportunity came. I really enjoy acting and I hope that I get better and better roles over time," he says.
Sweta informed us that they have been receiving a lot of advice from veteran actor Tom Alter. "Tom told us about this school in Mussoorie that a lot of expats go to learn Hindi. They teach you how to speak it …grammar…everything. And once we are done with Nach Baliye I am packing him off there!" says Keswani.
