Sushma sees her fallen and picks up. All Palak could manage to speak is save my child. Everyone is at the hospital. Doctor tells them that he can only save either the child or Palak. Apara screams, saying Palak. Apara is very angry, as Pranjal is not around. Bua and Keshvi are very happy. Daksh is at some lonely place and real Pranjal comes and tells him to be with Palak, as she needs him. And tells him to be with the family and keep them happy. Palak comes to know that she lost her baby. And she is trying to take Pranjal's side saying he didn't know I have fallen or else we would have been here. Shubchintak and Assassin tells Maa about Palak falling. Maa decides to put Pranjal behind the bars. Pranjal comes home and Manhar and Manjula tells him an about Palak and the baby and he rushes. Manhar and Manjula says they both will love each other a lot even if they can't conceive a baby. As he reaches hospital Apara doesn't let him meet her but Sushma pleads. He feels helpless when he sees Palak crying. She takes a promise from him that he will never keep a secret from her. Palak comes home. As Pranjal walk towards her Sushma stops him and tells him that he is responsible of whatever happened and she feels proud of Daksh today, as he was at least honest. While hearing all this he presses his hand somewhere, which is pointed and starts bleeding. No one realizes this not even him. Palak decides to leave this house and go but Sushma tells Pranjal to move out. And tells him the day he comes back he will see his mother's dead face.
