Ishra are ecstatic with the news awww, they do deserve this.

Ishu learning about her pregnancy, holding her tummy says " my baby", " I like this feel", kinda dialogue, that scene, was superb. Her flashbacks, The DT portrayed it very well.

Puttar on leaning the news, dumbfounded. Bolti bandh. Biwi shut him up real good, in her own way.

He was concerned for her safety/ health, asking for her reassurance., cute

KP portrayal was very natural the happiness, joy, concern, plans. A typical husbands feel.

Biwi is going to be pampered rotten.

Actors did a fabulous job.

Why the hell did Ashok got to know. He is such a disgusting guy. But I didn't got one point that doc wants it not to be shared with family. I know family would be excited but after knowing complication they would definitely care for Ishita, will not leave her alone, will not ask for work. Raman can't be there 24 X 7 to see Ishita..CV's be little thoughtful. if there are complications she should be taken extra care. Moreover this Ashok got to know, he can do some act as revenge that can harm Ishita and baby. Family should be protective guys.

Already its a miracle pregnancy, there are challenges and complications; why to add external complications as well.
