Another show I watched, IPKKND closed down because the lead wanted to quit. Initially the makers were planning to kill off his character and bring in a new character for the female lead. They had even shot his ending but then fans clamoured for a happy ending with the original cast and the show was wound up within a week with what the fans demanded. Here they seem to have decided to prolong the show as per fan demand but the ML is most likely not coming back. So maybe we'll get to see what was originally planned in IPKKND but was not executed - FL falling for someone else after mourning the loss of her love.Since I got hooked to this show because of Pani as Manan, I guess its time to bid goodbye so as to preserve my memory of Manan.But then again, there is a saying 'Never say never.' If the story is captivating enough (which I really doubt with this new creative head), I may give it a chance after reading the updates.
I also watched IPKKND...but I had stopped watching it months before it ended...it was unbearable to watch the show...for two reasons...they used way too much of Barun's body double...and some where the quality of the content deteriorated.
Anyways...I agree with you...I was hooked on to this show coz of Manan...if they are not part of the story it will be hard to digest...but at the same time...I feel that not every one should suffer if one person wants to quit. I will definitely give season 2 a chance even without Parth...and anyways...I very quickly lose interest in shows if the storyline is not crisp...even though I love the lead's chemistry. So if I don't connect with this new season...I won't hesitate to quit. 😊
