Isn't it obvious??

1) He cheated on her. She implied it many times and ultimately, he admitted to it. He also admitted that she caught him in the act. It would be hard for Deepika to trust him after that!

2) Both have moved on and are happier in their current relationships.

Right and Deepika is the biggest truth speaker we have and she hasn't lied anytime to get things her way or to garner sympathy.
