New FF Idea. Thoughts?

Hi everyone!

So, I guess I may as well say it now. My FF "Unloved" is going to be coming to an end soon. I have about ten or so chapters left to write until it is complete. My other Arshi FF will be completed in about 15 chapters. So after that I will have nothing left to write!

Well, I really don't want to leave the RR forum because I love everyone on here so much. So I've been trying to think of a new FF to write involving Parud, and then...it happened. I got an idea and I want to know all of your thoughts before I start writing. I want to know if I should actually write it or not.

So here's the basic plot: Rudra is a King...the King of Amer to be precise. He is a good and just ruler who only wants the best for his people. He rules some other areas too, which makes him a higher ranking king amongst others. However, despite having everything, he is still broken. He lost his first wife awhile ago and refuses to remarry because he stills loves her, and always will.

Now here's the problem, his first marriage produced no heir. Hence, the throne of Amer is in the line of sight of all princes who want their own kingdom. Particularly, Rajkumar Sumer Tejawat. He and his father, King Param Singh Tejawat of Lahore, have their sights on the throne and are willing to do whatever it takes to get it.

But Rudra's mother, Raj Mata Mala Ranawat, refuses to let that happen. She is determined to get Rudra married and have an heir before anyone can take away the throne and send Amer into a dark age. However, will she be able to get Rudra to move forward? And more importantly, who will be the woman that will have to stand by the side of a King that refuses to love her?

The answer is Parvati Anand Desai. She was not a princess. She was a simple girl in the city of Amer. She is unlike any other woman in Amer. She refuses to bow down and be the innocent, quiet girl that all men want. She is a free spirit, she voices her opinion, and she isn't afraid to fight for what is right. Without any parents, she was forced to fend for herself, but she never once complained about her life.

Raj Mata comes across her and immediately believes she is the one for her son. It is her mission to bring them together and marry them. Will Parvati and Rudra marry? Will Rudra ever be able to move forward? Will a loveless marriage turn into a love marriage? Or will the marriage result in a tragic end?

Okay, so that's all I have to say without ruining any of the major details. What do you all think? Should I write this story? If so, what should I title it (since I haven't thought of a title yet)? If not, what FF ideas do you have that you would like me to write?

Well I would like Paro to be Rudra's first love...don't like this idea of him being in love with his dead wife (this is the story of ERTETR) & then Parvati stepping in. This dilutes the SSOUL connection IMO which was the USP of Parud love story.

Just a suggestion...WE ALL WERE AFFECTED BY PARO's Death & wanted desperately Myrah to be Paro or Paro coming back alive. How about exploring this side of the story ? You could start by Myrah being Paro or the FF can start from where myrah falls in love with Rudra & then Paro returning ...& giving Myrah shades of grey ...something on these lines.

Nice story please u can go on with it.

Before that if u can please write up to 50 chapters for unloved .

First of all, I'm glad you were honest. Very glad :)

Secondly, the Myrah/Paro track is being explored by -Zara- and I totally love how she's doing it and do not wish to pursue that track. Instead of a first wife love, what if I say his first marriage was arranged but she deceived him before they were married and now he has a hatred for women (sounds like our original Rudra)? Therefore if he loves Paro, it will be first love. How does that sound? That way Rudra won't have a first love that wasn't paro.

I like the royalty background you have chosen for the story. Paro as a strong, unyielding young woman sounds great too. I'm a little on the fence about Rudra marrying again for any reason when he loved his first wife so deeply. It's what I didn't like about RR2.
Can you change it a little like maybe Rudra is the crown prince of the Ranavat line. He has been raised by his aunt as a warrior who isn't interested in marriage. His only aim is to avenge his parents death at Tejawat's hands. His aunt Mohini has ignored his personal life as she wants her son, Sumer's children to inherit the throne. Paro is Tejawat's daughter who ends up in Rudra's kingdom and he is captivated by her without knowing who she is.
Let me know when you start on this. Glad that you will be around after wrapping up Unloved.

Yes this sounds fine...In RR though Rudra had a physical relation with Laila but he was NEVER emotionally involved with her ...she was his physical NEED which was ok...but soulmate "toh ek hi ho sakta hai" ...

This is a good idea too...

Anyway,whatever it is,pl do let me know, Devdasi... I would love to read it from the start.
