we saw in 2day's episode that Gehlot says his "bachha" is in VDC and will kill Naina.....we know that Gunny is the new charecter & in the end Ali says to Gunny that "u r a trained assasin"(something like this)

If Gunny is so close to Gehlot, obvisouly Gunny wud also be knowing abt Capt.Rajveer as Raj was Gehlot's "muh-bola beta"

wud gunny gradually find that Gehlot is a traitor....Gunny is supposed to be intelligence officer and so was Raj....
