From today's part, It looks like Dr Keerti and Subhankar Loved each other and had had their break up n now,they married to different ones. I think they will remember it and we'll know it after RA's breakup.

well.. i have no clue i dnt think armi n ridz r gunna have like a realli massive, hurendous, hidious, giant, heartbeaking breakup/fight over the bet its jus gunna b abit like wen maya came inbetween them so it will get sorted wen armaan reli tells the truth to her so it will b sorted and will show us abt shubhankar and dr.kirti wen sapna confesses her love n evrithing will go rong cuz i can predict alredi tht in the hospital kuch to gadbad hai.. no1 padma n shashank and no2 shubhankar and kirti.. aniways we'll find out sooner or later..
