With the sparks flying off between Kashmeera Shah and Rakhi Sawant one would think that the crew wouldn't feel the need to have electricity on the sets of Nach Baliye 3 but sadly the electricity between the two of them isn't enough to light up the entire set!
As the ten couples and production crew got together to film the third and fourth episodes at Film City this morning the lights went off leaving every one fuming.
One of the most popular couples in the competition was quite cross at the production arrangements. "We don't understand this. How can the lights go off? We are all ready and about to go on the floors and the lights have gone off… It's so hot!" they said.
This is not the first time that the generators have given trouble on the sets. "Right now I'm sitting in my own car with the AC on because it's too hot outside. Even on the first day there were issues with the generator," says a choreographer.
Today the couples are preparing for their fusion performance. The couples arrived on the sets and were ready in their costumes and with their make up. "We all are ready and now waiting for hours in our vans. It's beginning to annoy us. We will be speaking to the production staff at the end of the day to sort this out. We understand if it happens once in a while but not if it's going to happen again and again!"
Well hopefully the lights will be back soon and the shooting will resume.
