I don't want to be sounding like a complain box, making topics only when I am not happy with something on the show. But to be fair to myself, I duly appreciate the excellence in the tracks too. For now I'll just like to talk about the two most important pillars of the show. Raman and Ishita. And their Mohabbatein, which shows up in bits and pieces.

A few questions from my side going out to the creatives and writers of a production house that has created the most romantic couples on TV and given romantic moments in abundance and continue to do so on the rest of the shows on air.

Ishita and Raman's relation has been exceptional, with a gradual development shown in their emotional bonding, trust and dependency on each other. But although said to be a show based on mature story lines, I fail to understand why the romance doesn't naturally develop and get showcased. They consummated after a year and a half of their marriage and now when they have instead of showing their intimacy or physical comfort increase we jump straight back to family drama and their usual bickering. I don't ask for that aspect of their relation to change. But let's not make them behave like the intimacy (the biggest step in their relation) never happened.

These characters and their relation is the soul of the show. The show is named Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and their every romantic track has gotten great numbers for the show. Even the consummation which according to writers would lower them, only rose the trp. I don't understand why the writers get so picky in giving us romantic scenes or tracks solely on the couple. Why is that we get side hugs or comforting moments cross-wired somewhere in between Raman and Ishita helping their family.

We get that Ishita is the best mother, sister, daughter in law etc. And that Raman is the best brother, son and so on. But can we just give them two a break and have something related to just the two. I don't think I am interested in watching a vamp turned angel's love story on the show. Who cares where Shagun lands up? I don't. And sure as hell most of the audience is done with her. The actress is talented and beautiful enough to bag other shows where she can play a positive character to her hearts content.

YES we love the entire star cast and would love to see more of them instead of seeing Shagun. But more than seeing any more family drama or multiple tracks, we'd love to see at least one of them concentrate ONLY on IshRa, or at least majorly on them.

Please creatives BE REAL. In this day and age people like IshRa who get a second chance at love and marriage cannot stay away from each other and not romance at all. All your shows (won't name them to avoid bashing) show romance between pairs who haven't confessed, or are separated too. But IshRa are together, happy and claim to love each other and we get nothing but long gaps between two romantic moments

P.S - Please take this as honest feedback and not bashing. And this post is ONLY about the characters Raman and Ishita. Kindly do not bring the off screen drama on this thread 😊

You've voiced what all of us have been thinking about for all these days. Hidden behind this logicless-ness of the current track are the frustrations from Raman and Ishita not getting their due as the main protagonists of the story, while as entire family's proceedings take precedence.

I understand that there's always more spark in a budding romance from a drama POV, and which is what the makers wanted to cash in on in the earlier days of YHM. Having said that, weren't they supposed to explore a 'mature' love story. If the only only thing they were looking for was the budding romance, why put in subtle nuances that take it a level deeper and beyond? Why add so many layers to the characters when they themselves are neither ready nor willing to peel those off?

Their love story, post consummation, could have taken off in another direction, and it was very much evident in the few scenes we got to see after the big night. Not that the writers are unable to give us those plots, not that the actors are unable to pull it off, but they're all unable to will themselves to commit to it as a full-blown track, and that is mind-boggling, considering how much drama they can ultimately create with just the leads' story and hence garner more TRPs (which is their primary and sole measure of performance).

I reserved this post to share my thoughts, but it turns out that I have nothing more to add beyond what you've already shared 😊 I was nodding my head in agreement throughout reading this post 😊 👏

Can't we have a complete track which focuses only on Raman and Ishita.. after all they leads of the show..

Last track which both of them got due importance in accident track and license track @ 11pm slot..

Actors are saving this show..cv's are failing miserably in giving logical tracks.

Nice post Anku... You echoed all ishra fans thoughts... we are asking for a full fledged ishra Mohhobbatein track from quite long time but CV 's are doesn't seems to in mood to give us that... as you said there are plenty of shows where leads are not as popular as ishra or don't have that sparkling chemistry as ishra/DivAn(no offense just my POV) but still in those shows lead couple have romance in almost every Epi..and here in ishra case we just get side hugs... why can't CV 's show proper ishra romance .. not just side hugs but full hugs... kisses... some flirting between the couple isn't all this things normal between a couple who are deeply in love with each other ? This type of small gestures are natural and realistic and DivAn can portray all this beautifully then why CV 's don't use there shows USP the most popular and loved couple on tv ? Only they can answer this question..

I agree with you about CV 's direct jump on drama after consummation... i know for trps drama is necessary but why can't CV 's show Atleast 2...3 Epi after consummation peacefull.. i really wanted to see ishra's emotional thought processe after there consummation... wanted to know there thoughts after a big change in there equation after all they have finally became husband and wife in all aspects and experienced that physical intimacy for the first time with each other so it would have been great if CV 's could have shown some selftalk or they talking with each other about this just like Nidoo's OS (The night after) it was beautiful...would have loved to see something like that...

I like there little banter and nokjhok but I expect romance more between ishra... hopefully CV 's will show more Mohhobatein in coming Epis...

I really love initial phase of there marriage... we used to get ishra scenes where there was a sexual tension between them... there proximity used to affect them so much... for example that shower scen... that ishu stitching her blouse hook scen... that ishu stitching button on Raman's shirt when she was wearing that western dress brought by Raman... there are many more ... ishra have such sizzling chemistry... wishing for more Mohhobbatein in future... but not sure as There are other love stories pending for CV 's to show you know shagun manoj love story... mihika ACP love story ... i like mihika ACP... but I just hope ishra gets enough proper screen space in all this... can't help when it comes to ishra... i am very greedy when it comes to ishra 😆 😳

How much we rant, appeal, or we request the whole thing is going to the deaf ears. Sometimes I don't understand how can any one be so stubborn because they know the usp of the show, they know what people want, they know what audience will be expecting but then they make up to show only this crap. I don't know how to analyse them because now a days people are expressing everything then and there and they can get the genuine feed back at the movement of episode so that they can change at least then but then a big no... After all they r CVs and we need to see the crap.

I hope at least know they show us some mohabateein track
