... now it is proven both by HAK & Brothers as how much pull does Sid & EV's Director had...

Eik villain was all about Siddharth. If the film survived in spite of Shraddha's unbearable "acting" (if you can call it that) then the credit for the success does in fact goes to Siddharth. After him the music should be credited.

I am more surprised that after SRK you are now trolling Sid fans.

I really hate when topics like theses ones are made.

Firstly, you cannot credit or discredit ONE factor in a movie. There are so many things that make a movie a success or a failure and that cannot be attributed to a single factor.

So you can't say that Ek Villain was a hit because of Shraddha, Ritesh or the music. The film was promoted well, had good music, had good chemistry between the pairs, lots of suspense surrounding the story etc.

Sid deserves credit for Ek Villain - just because HTP or Brothers underperform that doesn't mean he should be discredited for everything. In that case this logic should also be applied to AKshay Kumar who has also given many unsuccessful films. Plus are we even sure that Brothers is a failure? 50 crores over a single weekend is actually not that bad, the movie may still may reach hit status. There have been many other opening weekends that have been worse, that too by bigger stars.

Unless you are a Khan, Hrithik, Akshay or Ajay (and even they mess up now and then) you cannot be a huge factor in a movies success!

Ultimately, in todays day and age CONTENT is the biggest pull-factor, everything else comes second. Unless of course you're a big huge superstar and we only have a handful of those!

EV is successful because of Sidharth.

He is currently the 'IT' boy when it comes to a male lead that is found to be easy on the eyes. Modelesque looks.

I just think he needs to work on his acting more. He showed determination working on his body and fight scenes.

If he does not give enough emotion in his acting and set himself apart from the rest.

Well, the industry are going to find younger modeleque guys that will eventually take his place as the 'IT' guy.

Same thing with Katrina Kaif.

Sid toh abhi naya hain Billa, Akki ki starpower kaha hain he is still to give opening of 20 crs heck even Sid's movie gave opening of 16 crs with EV. 😆
