I just went through this thread. Dharma does have average directors. All their recent films have been pretty average products that did well coz of the heavy promotions and chart-buster songs. 2 States might be an exception though 😆

I used to like Karen Malhotra because I really really enjoyed Agneepath's remake. That 70s melodrama worked pretty well for me, add to that some kickass background score and some good performances, there you go..you have a nicely packaged product. But after such bad performance of Brothers, I don't think the director will now be given such huge responsibility to handle a bug budget film with Karan's favourite students as the leads. 😆
