for me, Kabir felt during when Manav was using and manipulating Ananya, and the party where Kabir keeps waiting fr Her, and yes the astrologer when says love is in the air,

And Ananya fell more during Baghi case.

Bt Kabeer got more protective toward her in baghi case as i think he had realised his feeling towards her!

At first, the minister marriage case, Ananya made him uncomfortable by her straight forward attitute which moved him at core as she made him meet to his ownself who was lost somewhere in past.

In sports minister case, Ananya's smartness, openness, naughtyness all amazed him, she moved him and he was happy to meet his lost self.

In medical scadal & organ racket case, Ananya was the only person who became his moral support. She showed full faith & support on Kabir and helped him to win the situation. Kabir was fond of him. Deep in his heart love bloomed but yet to recognise by him.

After that, Manav trying to get close to Ananya made him jealous.

In the artist case , when Ananya made him realise the actual fact , then her jesture, honesty and selflessness moved him at core.

Then the moment came when his heart started waiting for her.

The ultimate realisation came when a drunk Ananya goes on accusing him for everything which made him feel how much his action affects Ananya, but when she told "Baas aap se dur rehna chahti hoon, Thank you." The pain in her eyes told everything. This was the moment Kabir fall in love with Ananya. He was so happy after this drunk act. Actually he was flying and wanted to enjoy this new found feelings alone and so left the party.

Bagi case was the time when he accepted his feeling for Ananya. So it was a long process.
