Has Varun raced ahead of his contemporaries?

He started off with Sid M in SOTY & was the most praised out of the 3. Got solid 5 hits under his belt without any big stars & heroines. His ramadan release has earned more than the Independance holiday multistarrer Brothers & Post-IPL Zoya Akhtar multistarrer DDD so finally can it be said that he's ahead of his competition now? Looks like my favorite new-gen boy has really arrived *touchwood* 😆 What do you think makes him stand-out? For me it's his screen presence & his ambitious personality. Generally root for people who dream big & take efforts to make it 😳

Just shelve Shuddhi & Sign Kalank & Sriram's next now 😆

Brother's got an opening of 15 minus crores which can be attributed majorly to Akshay. Where is Sid's contribution? Like I said Ramadan release ABCD 2 collected more than holiday release multi-starrer Brothers 😆

Its difficult for Brothers to even touch 100 crs now. Its another 80-90 crs movie featuring Akki.
