As much as I dislike to type this, I think Mantu.

Amaya has bound herself to a promise (no matter how silly). There are no such restrictions on Mantu.

Also, I feel he still doesn't totally trust Amaya. When she told him that his phone was unreachable (during the Pooja time), he believed she was lying. Dude, why would she lie for such a small thing? If she didn't care for you, she would have told you that she couldn't be bothered with calling you.. Just in case, she is lying, she is doing so to not hurt your feelings.. Which means she cares for you... 😉

Mantu and Amaya themselves are the architects of their problems. Not willing to speak to each other about their feelings. Uma/GC/Rudra etc can say or do whatever they want, but nobody stopped Mantu and Amaya from communicating their feelings. Promise by Uma is pretty lame.

Unfortunately Silence is definitely not Golden in this case.
