I have seen people crying a river out how salman deserves the best actor for bajrangi this year. And why not salman definitely will be one good contender for the trophy too.
But well well, After baby, now brothers, and what more does Akshay need to prove onscreen to get an award for himself ?
Like W*F filmfare actually will probably never even nominate him, as he was snubbed in the past too, but this year, if not Baby then Brothers, he actually has given an outstanding performance ...
Akki is just pretty unlucky as karan malhotra has messed the film in many parts unlike kabir khan who actually has made bajrangi and extracted that performance from salman, salman looked effortless as kabir had put his 100 % and it was a director and actor's film..
Whereas, in Brothers, you will feel like karan johar, karan malhotra jacquline, siddhart are in one team, clumsy, lazy an no output like seriously you have such a good story, good money, and you waste this on just sets and building body and heavy dialogues ? background score was good too..
Then you just forget the pain , and look at Akshay, he just steals everything, he steals the show, saves it and a brilliant performance ..
i even won't blame siddhart , Jaquline and Jackie shroff for their bad performances, when the screenplay, and direction was so weak.. Cannot believe that it is the same KM who directed Agneepath where the film was fabulous in every aspect ...
Baby again was so well directed and Akshay was fantastic there, and obviously i do not need to mention how he deserves the trophy for baby more than for brothers..
But at least let him win this year, i will not mention Gabbar, but even in Gabbar he was effortess, as he was in his zone.. But in Baby and Brothers, he just outdid his previous good performances ..
And yes Akshay, never ever sign a film with Dharma again, please, KJO does not deserve you, infact any big superstar , be it SRK, Sallu bhai, Aamir, Hrithik, pls stay away from KJO as he has forgotten utilizing talent and giving an actor his/her due . Heck i felt brothers was ignored the way he ignored Ungli, and what a way to waste good actor's like Kangna, Emraan and now Akki ...
Lastly, I hope now kareena can go to a hibernation, if she cannot sign roles where she has to act, then why embarass her fans ? The Mary song *OUCH * . I mean what was that really ? A clumsy and out of the place Mary forcibly sits on the lap of an otherwise wooden but drunk Monty and you feel like screeching 🥱🥱
