should judges make offers?

is it fair on the judges part (e.g. shankar mahadevan to arijit) to offer playback singing oppurtnities to some of the contestants? wont such a move affect all of their mental states?

I think ther is nothing wrong in it, because the judges make the offer after the contestent has been voted out

These judges are a major part of the music industry.. they are the same ppl who these contestanst will work with eventually..the contestants need a break to enter the industry.. its only fair if the ppl who view them n judge them... who knows their capabilities make offers
