Gajanand Chaubey strikes again! He is actively seeking to change the way of life for these girls, declaring the ridiculous notion that having male friends goes against their culture and traditions. He also made a brazen-faced dig at Sneha - failing to realise that it was specifically those high morals which probably made Sneha revolt against him in the first place.
GC is using Sneha's past as anecdotal evidence to show that when children do not have strict parental guidance they go astray, but he refuses to see that his beliefs are simply asking too much from girls who have been brought up in a different environment/culture altogether. Seeing todays episode, I think that Neeti is probably going to do something even more drastic than (Gasp!) invite male friends to her house in the future, which GC will blame Sneha, Rachita, Amaya and Jasmine - what happened today was just a trailer!
I'm trying to understand Sneha's behaviour towards all that is happening - I'm assuming that she is bowing her head down to her father's demands because she probably feels grateful for being accepted by him once again, but for how long?
I loved the fact that Rachita spoke up today; I hope she continues to do so, and continues to look GC in the eyes and challenge his orthodox outdated views!
Poor Mantu is seen all episode to be waiting for Amaya.. Hopefully they will meet tomorrow. Hang in there!
Uma is the same old Uma - loud, obnoxious etc. etc. etc.
It was a good(ish) episode today - I have higher expectations for tomorrow 😃
