Episode 10 Take :RaGa..Dreams & Expectations:Collages Added Pg1

OMGG .. Lakshraj is Gay 😲😲 .. So this explains why his wife Swarnalekha prefers staying in her Maayka .. poor girl .. She sacrificed for the sake of political alliance between two kingdoms I guess and got married to him but I guess she never got that love of a wife from Lakshraj which is obvious 😭 .. His wife Swarnalekha does look like a good & simple girl with no fake pride ; I feel she will bond well with Gayatri post marriage since both will b victims of a loveless marriage unfortunately for different reasons ..At least in Gayatri's case there will b hope but in Swarnalekha's case , I see no hopes ..

It seems Lakshraj's father Chandravadhan is well aware of his son's homosexuality yet he wants to cover it up and asks his son to fake in front of all just to keep the marriage intact so that in future he can get the throne thanks to his wife's Royal connections..Disgusting 👎🏼 .. In all this a poor girl is suffering ...


I m glad CVs took this sensitive issue of Homosexuality and showing it in a serious manner instead of going with the typical gay joke gimmicks or caricatures that we see in today's shows or movies ... Homosexuality is a sensitive matter and its not a crime either , so it will b interesting to see if CVs can handle this track in a sensitive and matured manner till the end ;

I hv seen a similar gay track in star plus show show Maryada too and it was handled brilliantly in that show .. I m expecting the same kind of brilliance here too since so far CVs r showing the courage to give us something different whether its a bold and courageous Gayatri much ahead of her times or a progressive thinking Father pampering his daughter instead of cursing her for her sad fate or now this Homosexuality track 👏👏 ... Its not like these things dint existed in 40s ..They did and in fact in large numbers as those days both Men and Women used to have different type of frustrations in their life which many a times turned them homosexuals and so I m glad CVs r taking up this subject here 👍🏼... Hope they handle it in a matured way ..

I took this subject in the beginning itself because I never expected this coming in tonight's episode .. I was pleasantly surprised and glad that CVs choose this issue of homosexuality as parallel track .. Now I m equally interested to see Lakshraj and Swarnalekha's story as well as the kind of relation he shares with his Assistent who seems to b his gay partner the way that assistent was dressing him up today 🤔 ...

Yesterday when I spoke about Application and how along with main leads , CVs should apply the supporting cast intelligently instead of just showing repitative Rajmata , Chacha or Govind seth scenes , this is what I meant .. Today they opened a parallel track of Lakshraj and it was neither repitative nor boring to watch .. At least along with RaGa , I will look forward to this track as well 👍🏼


Now coming to the best scene of today's episode , OMGG that beginning dream of Gayatri was so breathtaking .. This dream is so gonna come true for her 😳 .. She dressed up in a Shiffon saree , wearing a beautiful pearl necklace , coming out of a shahi car and entering the Palace to meet her soulmate who is eagerly waiting for her princess and as soon as he sees her from balcony , he shows her the scarf (I guess its the same scarf in her dreams which she planned to gift him ) and then he makes her chase him till she slips into his arms and the screen freezes the beautiful moment , thus beginning a romantic fairytale journey of a Raja and his Rani .. Once again the chemistry was visible in the dream sequence .. Everything looked so dreamy and I must say Gayatri's dreams are not only bold but also very passionate in nature 😳 .. She knows every single trick of foreplay and this gives me hope that post marriage she will definitely cure Ranaji's obsession for his first wife 😃


On the contrary ,. Ranaji seems to b obsessed with his first wife and has made up his mind that noone else can take her place in his life .. He is prejudiced when it comes to first love and firmly believes that he can never fall in love again ... I mean the guy who respects his mother a lot actually raises his voice today for the first time when she mentions about his second marriage 😲; This shows to what extreme he loves his first wife and can raise his voice against anyone who tries to separate him from his dead wife's memories ...



No Offense , but I wonder why Zee tv shows r obsessed with such tracks 😆😕.. Dont want to name any shows but the track is quite a deja vu for me and I hope this obsession is not dragged much .. I know its difficult to forget your first wife if u really loved her a lot and here it seems from flashbacks that he really loved her but refusing to move on in life at all is a bit unrealistic because in real life people do move on or at least try to move on after few years or so especially if the person is young 🤔 .. Giving second chance to love is not a crime and I guess he will realise it once he starts falling in love with Gayatri 😃...Anyways one thing is for sure and that is Ranaji will prove to b a loyal and loving husband for sure 😳.. So Gayatri is in safe hands 👍🏼

Chacha and Govind Seth confrontation was quite interesting and just like Rajmata , even this Chacha is Royalty obsessed and gets sadistic pleasure in putting down other people .. I wont b surprised if Chacha later does marriage deal with same Govind seth because obviously he will not want Ranaji to get married to some princess .. He will b happy to see him marry Govind seth's daughter than some princess so that his son can remain superior ...

Coming to those two irritating Bhabhis today , though we know they hv their hidden motives for taking Gayatri to the Party , but today I will thank them for actually planning to take her to the party irrespective of their intentions 😆.. At least it will give us some nice RaGa moments next week before the big dhamaka 😃.. Also the big dhamaka was needed as well for RaGa marriage , so whatever these Bhabhis plot , it will turn out to b blessing in disguise for Gayatri in the end 😆😳.,.. I know Gayatri will get drunk and then get slapped by her father , but alls well that ends well .. This high point might force Govind Seth to put his ego aside and go for RaGa marriage 🤔..I m sure after getting drunk Gayatri will pour her heart out in front of her family about Ranaji and also how he saved her from drowning .. As a result of this , whole badnami factor will come in picture as its 1945 we r talking about..So end result will b RaGa marriage 😃...

Gayatri's excitement and anxiety was so evident from her expressions when Bhabhis were discussing about the party .. DD was brilliant with her silent act here 👏👏 .. Her face spoke 1000 emotions in that one scene which is so evident in this following Collage 😳



I m a little disappointed with Gayatri's mother again .. The way she told Gayatri that her mistake is that she is a daughter and so she cannot go to this party was a bit hurting .. I know her mother is worried for her but why taunt her just because she is a girl , she can say the same in other way too na 🤔... Its not her fault if she is born as a daughter or if her fiance died .. So why always blame her for it .. I thought her mother was as progressive as her father , but I guess I was wrong ... She loves Gayatri no doubt but she is still stuck to the old school beliefs which I guess is obvoious given the era .. I wonder how Gayatri has grown up with such a progressive outlook towards life ..I hope she always remains the same and never changes her beliefs under pressure ...

Overall the Episode was good today as the story progressed with Ranaji's obsession for his first wife coming in the forefront and also we hv a new and interesting Parallel track about Lakshraj and Swarnalekha's relation 👍🏼 .. Not to forget Gayatri's sensuous RaGa dreams too continue as usual 😳

Just out of Curiosity ..

Is Ranaji's first wife Sulakshana anyway related to Swarnalekha(Lakshraj's wife) ..Like cousin sister or something ? 🤔 .. Since both names sound a bit similar and start with S , so the curiosity 😆

lovely take on the episode! i used to read ur takes in Geet forum!! u have interesting observations! ur point about beign repetitive is very true. it does get boring after a point. now that they have set the foundation for each chr, lets hope they dont repeat such mistakes.

i was very surprised to see homosexuality shown so sensitively in this show. i have not seen Maryada,so such issues in indian tv ws a surprise for me. And that actor, kunwarji's son, has a very serious look with underlying sadness. right from the start, i found him to be an intriguing chr. after today's epi, i am keen to see how his story unfolds.

i think actual story will start when gayatri comes to the palace. but the build up is indeed nice. i only want makers to use the setting appropriately fo rthey must have spent lakhs for the setting.

for me its really going slow...phew!!

Agree about Lakshraj's character .. it seems he is not happy with the marriage but is forced to accept it because of his father .. its obvious he has feelings for his assistent ..it was evident in the dressing up scene .. I m feeling bad for his wife too... even her life is ruined in this case

I guess we might see the Palace in details once Gayatri comes there post marriage .. yes they hv spent a lot , so they should properly show it too ..

its better i watch after a month all episodes in a go and better read your updates daily ;p

Next week should b interesting because lots of drama in the party after Gayatri gets drunk .. we might see RaGa moments in party too .. so hold it for another week and see 😆.. story should move next week 😳
