Jamai Raja 5th Aug Written Update

The episode starts with the anchor announcing that it was time for the sister's of the bride and groom to dance. But Kritika gets sad as she had sprained her leg and she curses her fate that she could not get to enjoy in her own brother's wedding. But Siddharth assures her that she would enjoy and he starts dancing and takes her up with him in front to dance. Siddharth Kritika Sam an Yash start dancing on the song hello from dil dhadakne do and later Raj and Simran also join them. Roshni is seen enjoying their performance by dancing while sitting. Siddharth comes near her and brings her up and the entire family (both Patel's and Khurana's) dances and the song concludes.

Kritika's bandage opens up and she goes to the washroom. There she comes across Roshni's medicines and understands that Roshni is pregnant. The anchor announces that it was time for the couple's dance. Dadi bua tells Siddharth not to bend down in front of his wife while Nani Mausi asks Roshni to control Siddharth as it was very important. Siddharth asks Roshni for her hand and she gives hers to him and they start dancing on the song Sun Saathiya from ABCD 2. Meanwhile Kritika hurries towards Simran and informs her that Roshni is pregnant. Siddharth starts twirling her around fast and DD gets concerned seeing Roshni in that state, Roshni is about to fall when DD holds her and starts scolding Sid.

Dadi Bua interferes and tells them that they have no respect for their Jamai. Simran intervenes and takes DD's side and scolds Sid further on. Whereas Sid remains confused as he couldn't understand why everyone was over concerned for Roshni. Mona comes and announces that food was ready to be served, all guests leave except DD and Simran.

Simran tells DD that she knows Roshni is pregnant and she is like a daughter to her. She is very happy and understands why DD hasn't disclosed the news as the matter was very sensitive. She tells her that it isn't necessary that everyone will understand their kids, NM and BD are old generation people hence will not understand them at all. Therefore it is better to keep this news as a secret. She continues to say that she now knows why DD agreed for marriage, and after all the things that had happened between the families this baby will bring happiness. DD nods and they leave to have food.

Next morning, Roshni is sitting on her bed talking to Siddharth's photo. She tells out loud that she is very happy that their baby is going to be born soon. She wishes that she could share the news with him, as she wanted to see his happiness. Just at that moment Siddharth calls her up; she picks up the call and asks him why can't he leave her alone for a minute. He tells her that he can't even live without her for a second, and he cannot wait to be with her forever. He will not allow anyone to come in between them. She tells him that only time will tell. She feels pukish and cuts the call, leaving him confused.

Siddharth's haldi ceremony is going on where they are having fun when BD starts complaining that the arrangements for the sangeet ceremony were bad. She starts telling other guests that DD had sent them cheap sarees whereas they themselves wear good ones. Siddharth gets angry and tells her that the sarees were brought from the best store and DD was a very classy woman. He tells her that he cannot hear a word against his Sasumom. BD gets angry and tells Simran to control her son; she announces that she would leave for her village the very next day. On insistence from Beeji and Simran, Sid apologizes to her and Beeji distracts BD by offering her Nimbu Paani.

Siddharth calls up Jigna, to ask her the status of Patel House. Apparently, she had become his detective in their house. Siddharth asks her to go and overhear DD's conversation with Nani. Nani tells DD that she was very happy, whereas DD tells her that she was very excited and couldn't control her excitement. She further says that Shiv was returning back to her. Jigna misunderstands this and starts screaming that ghost, Siddharth cuts the call and says to himself that he only has to find out now what is going on with the Patel's.

Precap : We see SidNi in Roshni's room where Sid is wearing girls clothes, DD enters and scolds them for their behavior. Roshni trying to make DD understand, feels dizzy and is about to fall when Siddharth holds her. He makes her lie on the bed and insists DD to tell her what is wrong with Roshni.
