Sanam2 is thinking to herself that for the first time she is telling the truth and no one is believing her. She gets a text and starts calling for Murtaza frantically and bumps into Ghazala. Sanam 2 is shocked to hear on the TV that Saif has died. She tells Ghazala and Lateef that Sanam has done this and asks for Murtaza but no one knows where he is. Sanam 2 decides that she has to go and meet Noor.
Shashi is mourning over Saif's picture. She tells Razia that he wasn't her real brother but she valued him more than a brother. Razia tells her that this is not the time to cry, but time to take revenge. She says she will find out who did this and punish her. Sanam2 comes there and tells them that Sanam has done this because she threatened her. Razia says she must find out if Aahil is also alive.
Shashi has a gun pointed to Murtaza's head and asks him why she should spare him. Murtaza snatches the gun and points it at her. Murtaza still doesn't believe them that Sanam is alive and Shashi tells him that soon Sanam will kill him too. Sanam2 asks why they didn't find Aahil's body and just then a man comes in and tells them that Aahil's body has been found. Murtaza gets happy and hugs him. Sanam2 still insists that Sanam is alive and playing a game with them but Murtaza argues that its Shaad. Shashi says whoever it is, she won't leave them.
Shaad is being beaten and Shashi arrives there and tells them that's enough. Shaad is laughing and says her mission failed. Shashi says thst he will never win and she will kill him for what he has done. She says she will destroy this place before leaving. She says she won't kill Sanam but drive her mad. Shaad tells her to keep Sanam out of this. Shashi forcefully feeds him food and says sometimes enemies are more valuable than friends as his expressions are telling her that Sanam is alive. Shashi says that Sanam saved Nazia but she can't save herself.
Sanam gives Nazia tickets to go to Australia. Nazia is concerned how Sanam will manage everything on her own but Sanam tells her she is not alone as Aahil is always with her. Sanam tells her to take care of herself and her baby. Nazia says she doesn't want this baby as it reminds her of what Saif's family did with her. Sanam tells her that her baby is innocent and tells her to go. They hug. Nazia tells her she will wait for her and leaves. Sanam thinks that she is also waiting for love to win and to destroy her enemies.
Shashi tells Shaad that his life will end and hers will have a new beginning and laughs. She notices that Shaad is not moving and starts shaking him frantically and gets worried. She thinks Shaad can't die like this and asks them to call the doctor. Just then she hears someone's voice which keeps saying hello and Shaad has a smile on his face. Shaad says to her that she forgot he is an army officer. He has had training on how to stop his nerves for a while. He says even by killing him, she can't ruin anything for him as Jannat will be with him. He says she can't escape now and her game is over as he has called his team. She says she will kill him with her own hands and asks the men to open him up. She asks to take him away before they arrive.
Shaad's team is trying to figure out what to do to save Shaad. Just then, they get clues from his words and remember that he mentioned Jannat and wonder where Jannat could be.
Murtaza calls Sanam2 in the swimming pool. She asks him how he got cheated by Sanam. Sanam is watching them from afar and remembering her promise of taking revenge.
Precap: Murtaza sees Sanam alive and says that itwill be fun killing her again.
