The cast and crew of MS Dhoni: The Untold Story were all set to leave for London for the shoot, but at the last minute, the plan was cancelled, claims a report on Mid-day.com. The team is now expected to head to Mauritius as the high production cost in London was not in lines with the film's budget. Also, the paperwork related to visa clearance was another hurdle, the report stated. The film by Neeraj Pandey is being made on a budget of Rs 80 crore, Rs 40 crore of which has been given to the Indian skipper for having lent his life story for the big screen.

This film is doomed due to it's budget. Why even make a film on Dhoni of all people?

Sushant should've continued working in small budget films & creating hype then slowly venture into bigger films. All his big budget films seem shelved as of now :/
