kasturi video mix helper

hey guys i have created a video mix for kasturi fan, i have used the siggins n avtars from the kasturi collection and made it in window media player. i have tryied to upload that video on youtube but its not working i have lso triend in tinpic but not working can some one tell me why its not working?

also if its a fomate plb then plz let me know how to check the formate. this is my first time doing it and i am totally clueless. plz help
