My mistake! Sorry to all!!

Hi everybody,

Since the resolution of the viedeo is not that high, and I did not know about the flag of the National Liberation Council of Meghalaya....I had posted the following before..

I was confused seeing the flag on the video as it appears orange (instead of red) and the centre is barely visible. But primarily, i was confused due to my ignorance. I sincerely apologise for the confusion.

But Payal has cleared all doubts (Thanks Payal!)...and just to have a bigger picture of the flag...here's how it looks (not so clear in the youtube video and hence all confusion!)
