Who said he didn't enough credit for Special 26 or OMG? Those movies didn't get numbers because they weren't promoted well. I got to know about Special 26 when it came & went. OMG- they didn't promote it as a Akshay Kumar film it was a Paresh Rawal film. AK had an extended cameo, & the role was totally worth it. He was irreplaceable in the film- his aura, charm , effortlessness during dialogue delivery and comic timing ; no Khan could've matched it.

He does different characters & satisfies the 'actor' in himself- Box office collections ka kya achaar daalna hai 😆 I'd still see a Welcome, OMG, Namastey London, Bhool Bhulaiya on TV again than Jai ho, Kick, HNY or Dhoom 3 😆

In the end he is going to age gracefully like Amitabh & still look like a million bucks rather than sagging or bloating 😳

I find him a better actor than the Khan's & enjoy watching his comedy movies and serious ones! If somebody has a lesser box office collection or fans than Khan's doesn't make him less superior, it makes him right up there cause he is still the only one 'Kumar' being compared with the three khans 😆

What naainsafi? He is totally hot even today ,like he was when he made a debut, is still one of the most highly paid actor, makes atleast one good and critically acclaimed movie an year, has a beautiful and funny wife waiting on him at home with 2 beautiful and healthy kids.

Akshay Kumar is good looking and he did get his due according to me..many people love him even now, he is one of th ehighest paid, he gets good content driven movies and his recent ones have almost 100% success rate, what more do you want...I cant stand his flirtatious nature ala AB style...its more to do with those people who dont fall in the category of favorites and nepotists who have not been "lucky"

He had all his luck, chance good films he gave back to back 5 hits until he met the genius Farah Khan for tees mar khan! 😆

I don't feel sorry for Akshay...I remember once in an interview after Kambaqt Ishq, he was asked why he did a role that offended people..his reply was, "Whether or not people like my films, whether or not my films are hits or flops, my sports car will always have petrol in it and I will still have my banglo"

that's actually a slap on people's faces..the audience's faces...who go and watch his films every year...and Akshay is one actor who doesn't care about his audience...which explains why he does many films in one year and most of them are crap: his motive is only to earn more money...

There was a time though for him where he was on top of his game. Everything he touched turned to gold - during the golden Akki/Kat period. At that time I can say that he would have been getting paid on par or minutely below the Khans. Now not so much but I love him and he is still delivering one good movie a year which is good enough for me😛
