It happened after her diziness so it could mean for that or it could mean something for the long run. As if she really is pregnant then after all knows there might be some happy moments where Sid is shown taken care of a pregnant (I so want to see this) and them panning baby related things, instead of miscarriage I am guessing something else. I feel that Roshni might end up facing some complications related to her pregnancy...or it could mean miscarriage. Whatever the case might be it definetely means something will happen to her. Maybe Misha comes back and this time tries to seriously hurt Roshni...it could make it seem as her life and baby's life is put in serious danger...another crazy dhamakar track where Sid attempts to save both his wife and child at any cost.
