Complex situation - possible solutions

Mannu Pooja returned to Jaitsar, their respective family is happy. But they are in a complex situation because of the marriage (and consummation). What should the parents do now? Should they treat it as a minor mistake and let the children remain with their parents and with no relationship at all? Whether they treat it as an engagement - to be married in future after attaining legal age of marriage and becoming self-reliant (career)? Should the parents accept the marriage and agree that the gauna will be held afterwards?

i think they shud go wid 1st option of bold.bcoz rest options only strengthen the tradition of BV whether its done wid consent of kids.

Nice thread... I think they should allow them to be friends and let them decide when they attain the age of marriage.

What if there is difference of opinion among two sets of parents or even Mannu and Pooja about this? What if both Mannu and Pooja insist that they are husband and wife and the families should accept this? It is less complicated as of now - but if pregnancy happens - then it will be even more difficult to arrive at a consensus. (The forum already discussed and perhaps majority were of the view that abortion will be better).

of course. and its not even sure that after 4-5 yrs they"ll b 2gther or they won't separate.bcoz i'd seen one such couple in real life. they'd affair from 8th class till both completed their gradun in respective fields(one in medical & gal in engineering) but then they broke apart & mrd sum1else.and it was affair only not like M &P.

It will be easy to enforce a solution only when BH people and Sarita are in sync and Mannu -Pooja also share same view (not necessarily in sync with parents - but in sync with each-other). And knowing creatives - most probably the track will end with misunderstandings, loose ends and forced decision (to be used in future tracks as per their will😆).

As per spoilers the parents try to convince them this is not their correct age for this but Mannu and Pooja decide to cheat parents and secretly continue their husband and wife relation Now what parents should do in this situation😕

The kids should be made to understand that their marriage is illegal and therefore void.

But because they love each other, they should be allowed to stay as friends and let them decide for their future. My POV

So far - the girl remained in disadvantaged situation - what if Mannu remains loyal and Pooja moves on and want to marry someone else after becoming adult?

yeah i agree but it luks like BH ppl & sarita r in sync.and M &P r in sync wid each oder like u r saying.

Today saw both the episodes, Saturday and today's. It seems Pooja has no regret of what she has done. She clearly knew she is going to SN where her classmates will be there, still she came in that ghaghra. What she thought? In jaitsar Manu's mother will do her arti and grah-pravesh ? Doesn't she feel ashamed in front of everyone wearing those ghaghra thing... and then smiling also? At least this manu is regretting in front of his parents though. I think this girl want to play bindini bindini in this age. Manu's parents didn't scold him because somewhere they felt they are also at fault in handling manu. But tomorrow if Pooja's mother would not give her 4-5 tight slaps then I will assume that She didn't give right upbringing to this girl. I mean she should ask what wrong her mother did to her that made her to elope with a boy.
