While Pani's portrayal of Manan romance is par excellence I have to give it to Parth for beautifully enacting these scenes when he is not much of a believer in mushy stuff. It must be relatively easier for Niti, being a girl because girls in general are mushier.

True, but at the same time some people portrait a different image publicly while they are completely different image internally! My feel is, one must truly believe in something deeply to act that part so effortlessly!

I think Parth is able to portray it so well because once the camera is rolling he becomes Manik and believes in everything Manik does, not that he as Parth has to believe in it. It must be quite draining for such actors who have to go outside of themselves to enact the scenes. This could also explain why he remains so focused while on shoot because he has to stay in character to get those kind of results. Niti seems to swing in and out of her character more easily. Again all these are just conjectures.

Hi everyone,

I'm still reading the pages of the last AT. Someone rightly said - Manan AT is all about love 😊

I'm not a very emotional person, but the last AT really touched me. Some of u courageously shared ur personal experiences, and the regulars here were expressing their appreciation and love for Manan's journey.

This week has turned out to be a landmark in Manan's journey. Personally, I still can't give words to my feelings. I've been rewatching this week's Manan scenes over and over, and never before have I stalked the pages of Manan AT so much 😊

I'm glad that back in Feb, I decided to take a chance on this show. It's been one hell of a roller coaster ride, and I'm so grateful to the wonderful people who made this show possible.

We are all just conjecturing :)

I don't agree with bold, when an actor decided to take up a role, knowing exactly what the role demands, he very well knows that he can or cannot play the part , so the idea of going outside of the character is out of the picture, else he would not have taken up the role or quit the show, much earlier in the game.

About him being focus has to do with his character, he wants to deliver the best and have the audience believe in his character, appreciate his work. Again he's professional and surrenders him self completely to the character, and to her 😆

Arya, I would think that actors like Parth would love playing characters which are very different from their personality as it is more challenging. As ambitious as he is, I think he would want to play as many varied roles as possible.

As to this show, I don't think even the makers were planning to make it so Manan centric to start with as it was about friendship and its many facets but Pani worked their magic on Manan and made them a household name. So it has focused more on them than the rest. It is my personal feeling that Parth himself does not want it to be so Manan centric because that would give him more time to explore other avenues (not that he isn't doing it now but that was possible because the popularity his character has gained has given him the leveraging ability with the makers to work out offs). This I am guessing by his continued emphasis on the other characters of the how in all his interviews.
