Big brother's big brother

BIG Salman Khan aficionados that we are, we landed at a single-screen movie theatre at Juhu to catch his latest film on the very first day. It turns out we aren't the only fans of bhaijaan. For, slunk in his seat ahead of ours in the stalls, amidst the whistling junta, was the very elusive film director and producer Aditya Chopra. He seemed as interested in the reaction of the crowd as the various plot twists and turns on the screen.From his rather pleased expression by the end of the film, it seems, Adi approved.

YRF's head honcho Aditya Chopra has adopted a new routine to stay healthy. Adi (as he is fondly called) plays badminton every day. Yes, every day!

This routine has been set for him by his beloved wife, actress Rani Mukerji, who also sometimes joins him for a game.

9xe.com spotted Adi on Saturday evening outside Stage No 3 which is currently not being used for any shoot in a pair of pyjamas and a tee. Every 15-20 minutes he would come out to have a refreshing drink.

He played for over an hour. And Aditya was not alone. Fan director Maneesh Sharma gave him company.

"Maneesh and Adi sir play together very often and discuss work on the sidelines. Adi sir has other friends also who drop by to play with him. Maneesh is more regular. Rani ma'am wants Adi sir to pay attention to his health. That's he not only plays badminton but also works out for about an hour every day without fail," says a source from the studio.
