Episode 66: Moving past the First Tiff Hurdle.. - Page 3

So, the stage is set, 😎it has been slowly building up for the ex-wifey to come on board and try to chinofy the sukh-chaen of our oh-so-adorable lovebirds KaYa for some time before these two overcome it to create the most beautiful love story they had envisioned for themselves.

And, well before that thunder strikes, we got to witness one of the many flashes of it in today's episode, although what dhamaka it did in the KKN premises. 😆

Yes, Kabir Sharma the E-I-C, the Boss, the face of KKN was angry. She did let him down, after all, whoever might have been the reason behind it.

He trusted her with all his heart with whatever she went out to do, and he only went along with the whole Kutty drama not because he didn't trust her but because he was worried sick for her safety.

he trusted her so much that she would do the right thing in time that he even got the channel to air the promo without even checking whether the footage was inside the KKN newsroom or not.

Such belief, so much of trust he hasn't placed on anyone in a long time, and to see it being repaid back with her carelessness which would have totally take away his and the channel's reputation like that made him explode. 😳

And so, without considering the possibility of this being somebody's dirty idea of sabotaging Ananya's dedication to her job, he comes down on her with all his anger and the betrayal he feels.

The tears in her eyes, and the look on his face on seeing her like that. 😳God, I am sucker for angst, and the way these two are at their angsty best when at it! I sound like a sadistic mess, but I am. I love it! Gives them the edge the run of the mill couples do not have.

She understands why he did what he did, she knows she has messed it up big time, but there was the faintest ray of hope in her that maybe he would have tried to see things for what they actually are, or like she says, maybe he could've asked her to step inside his cabin and then fired at her for what she did.

But he wasn't really thinking anything else at that time, it was just swirling with the enormity of the disaster that she has done. And so, he comes crashing down on her. Sighh! 😆

Handling a relationship with your Boss is tough, and these two are still at the tip of the iceberg of it. There's so much more to come for them and yes, need I say i love the writers for not dragging it till Monday, or like, a couple more days to show a confrontation regarding this?! 😛

These two can talk to each other, and conversations are a big stepping stone to any relationship's recovery track.

Ananya has never minced her words when voicing out anything, and with Kabir she has always been vocal too, a bit too much even if you think of it, 😆 and Kabir as well, so when she watches him leave the office, and asks him to drop her home , hoping for them to talk it out on a personal level this time, you can't help but love this girl for how she is. I know I do! ❤️

She knows its her blunder but she isn't ready to mix it up with her relationship with him and neither does he.

That cute, mellowed haa' when she asks him aap mujhe ghar drop kar denge'?? Awwie these two! Can I love them any more than I already do??! 🤗

The scene in the car is...well, delightful as well as meaningfully fun. 😉 Their conversations are at an entirely different level altogether and yes, even though neither of them is yielding to the other's words, its sheer awesomeness to watch them at it. 😆

Bringing in Kutty, her immaturity and Ananya thinking it to be a case of mistrust,

pyaar toh ek hi hafte ka thaa bas'.. 🤣 Girl, if only you know kitna pyaar hai, aur rahega! He can do it all for you! 😳

And when she drops the Malvika theory on him, it dawns on him as well, only just then he was still reeling under the effect of their current argument.

I think when the chip lands up somewhere in KKN mysteriously; Kabir would know the real deal behind it.

Oh, the snatching up her bag and leaving bit,🤣 I love, love that girl. :* 🤣

I don't mind he didn't get to drop her this time. That scene was enough. Miss.Kashyap, aap ki jai ho. 😎 🤣Sacchi !

And he goes I don't believe her'... You'd better do, Mr. Sharma, because your girl's got it in her to do the unthinkable, most of the time.😆

That cutee pie wala gesture, driving all the way just to see she reaches home safely! God, I love this man to death. Be mine, be mine Pleasee. 🤪

The next day scene againnn, his shocked face when she laat maarofies the door. 🤣 Oh, I am out of words. 🤣

Meri badass Ananya ji, your Editor-boyfriend has noticed the sadu' bit a bit too much iss baar, be rest assured. 🤣

Kicking the door like that.

As much as she couldn't have done that had they not been dating, but not caring that anybody else might just see it, Malvika, Manav or Khalid, she goes on to actually, kick the door so that he notices she has come?!

Monday ko they apparently will be texting to each other but then when she leaves with Ronnie, I wanna see his face.😉

Bring it on, you two. My shipper dil can face it all. 😎

And as usual, brilliant, brilliant analysis Avantika. 🤗 And bang on, about Manav Gupta, uski toh chaandi hi chaandi hogi when Shreya comes in. That man will be supreme evil delight to watch! 🤣

Yes finally an interesting show with an interesting character and and interesting couple after Arjun.

You said it all so well - a few thoughts to add:

• Wow the way RK portrayed Kabir seething with anger yet proceeding with his news cast without skipping a heartbeat - unfaltered - I mean even his skin tone turned red👏

• Ananya yes she was careless and distracted. But good on her for the following:

she had the presence of mind to get Khurana to speak - knowing the show must go on - So..., me thinks she did in fact know how important that footage was and the consequence of its loss
She stood there and faced the music in the PCR and in public
• After Kabir rained on her - she had the courage to call him and ask " Aap Mujhe ghar Chhod Denge" - she was ready to face more music

Ohhh I so loved this, the way she immediately called him and ask him to drop her home , more than that those peaceful expressions on Kabirs face, he picked up phone so calmly but in no mood to say anything and finally managed to say hmmm with the content.

I seriously wonder he will hear from Ananya saying stop calling me a child everytime, first you don't understand my pov, Malvikas cheap tactics and sunaofying me all the time but then I wonder what she does to prove herself a mature one, leaving in Auto and banging door again in office with EIC ... Oh poor Guy... love them to the core.

In such a serious fight too , she managed to gave kabir a hidden smile mentioning Kutty and then taking away by saying ... kya hota zyada se zyada mein mar jati na ... oh girl u donno how it affects Kabir. Even dying for you will not be so easy being this guy besides you.

Love how she calls him "Aap" even privately - Schooo schweet

• Now I know most of the fandom will throw chappals at me :

• Yes Kabir's anger was completely justfied.

• However, consider the following adage about great leaders - "Praise in Public, Criticise in Private"

• Even if he was to confront in public - he assumed what he was told by Malvika was the full story - he did not ask a single question of clarity to anyone - he just accused - note Ronnie/Richa/Sonny questioned the so called facts
  

Malvika:
• throwing the chip in her own dustbin after Sunny said we will find out what happened - Duhhh - and she thinks she is sophisticated - Oh brother!! - And then, putting it inside a drawer in her office - seriously? --- hope Kabir or Khalid find it, better yet hope baby finds it plays it and everyone watches
  
• it is so embarassing and painful to watch her
  

• Loved how Kabir lifted Malvika's hand off his shoulder and put it aside - reminded me of dusting off bird-poop😆

• Loved how Ananya band-bajaaoed Kabir by getting into the rickshaw🤣- don't get me wrong - love love love Kabir

Coming to the epi, honestly I was seriously so afraid about Kabir's outburst, worrying if we will get to see a teeny-weeny glimpse of the purana Kabir and purane Kabir ka gussa, but much to my surprise or I should say my pleasant surprise, I didn't see even the slightest hint of the old Kabir that Khalid talked about in hospital. Yes he was angry, he was furious and he even left no stone unturned to show his anger to her, but more than anything else, more than even his anger, it was his DISAPPOINTMENT talking during the whole scene. That "I never expected you to let me down" look he gave to Ananya through the PCR glass, it was PRICELESS ! And much more than that, the way he removed Malvika's hand from his shoulder, with gaze glued at her...I fall short of words to describe the beauty of that moment. It was like Malvika's words just fell on deaf ears. He literally gave a damn about whatever rubbish she was blabbering. Because for him, it was not about anybody else but her, about her letting him and the channel down and more than that letting her own effort down, so foolishly. Even in that office full of so many people, that scolding was such a "its just between you and me" moment. For him it was just one thing, and that was how he so didnt expect someone as professional and serious towards work as Ananya, to commit such a blunder, thus leaving the professional trust and equation thwarted. . I loved how in this scene the contrast between Kabir and Ananya's friends was brought out. While Ananya's friends stood by her, and in a way by her mistake too (like any good friends would), defending her with their assumptions of someone stealing the chip, Kabir gave a damn about all that or about who tried to put her down. For him, it was just one thing, that how could she let anyone or anything even get a chance to put her down, and to take advantage of her or any personal distraction in her life , specially in a matter as serious as this, that could actually had cost her life, Something that once again reflects what a seasoned reporter and a mature man he is, and thats exactly what he wants her to become too, a reporter with her senses so sharp, no one can even think about putting her down or playing with her. That look on his face to see her in tears, I am sure shouting at her like that, it broke his heart more than hers 😳

And then the most endearing moment of the day...woh pehla jhagda😳 ❤️..Oh what an adorable sight it was...pure poetic justice! The moment Mr. Sharma stepped out of his office and read her message, he was no longer her boss or the EIC of KKN, and how he replied her "will you drop me home" message with a rude succinct "hmmm" 😆 *cuteness overloaded*

And their conversation, I was like dude is it just me or did two fictional characters really talked so much sense in just one scene 😆 Both of them were right in their own ways and it was great to see them try and explain their povs to the other...I am so glad Kabir Sharma is not doing any mistakes he probably did in his past relationship. He is being truly vocal and communicative with Ananya, something that once again reflects that he has in a way never been into any other woman with this kind of commitment, seriousness and passion, not even his ex-wife. He is always so ready to explain and talk sense with her, giving equal importance to her side of story and also lending a patient ear to try and understand her standpoint. This kind of communication is something so mature and its remarkable to see a couple doing it so sensibly.

Talking of the cute moments in the scene...the way he stepped out of the car listening to her taunts 😆😆 *Mr Sharma you soo got to pay this price for being bossy with the real boss and well thats rightfully deserved* 😛😆 And the way he so adorably says..."Kya main ab tumhein daant bhi nahin sakta" 😳 Aww *Blushes hard* Can this guy get any cuter?

I am glad she threw light on Malvika as well, because it was obvious from his expressions he was so occupied with 'her' he didnt even think in that direction, so now that he is thinking, I am sure he will put two and two together.

And that tashan moment at the end, this girl can be such a tease by god 😆 She will surely keep him on his toes forever (not that he minds it though 😉), but she actually made him run and follow her auto 🤣 Godd I have never seen such an insanely adorable couple in my life

Last but definitely not the least, the li'l morning moment, Mr SADU and his angry currently seeking his attention girlfriend 😆 The way Mr. Sharma was juggling with his files with that baffled look as if he spent the whole night shifting sides in bed 😆, pyaar ke side-effects becoming too evident 😆😆 I am sure the 'SADU' antic is gonna leave him irritated like hell, and how much cuteness will it be to see him try so hard avoiding her harkatein 😆😆 Monday can u please come any sooner, I am already missing my babies

A few things about the non-KaYa stuff,

1. I simply love Khalid, not just for the way he ships KaYa but also by how well he u/stands the mental level of people he work with. *applause*

2. Richa is surely in arms against Manav, and I am sure she, with Ananya and Ronnie, will give it back to him and his loony girlfriend, that too with interest.And I so cant wait for it to happen.

3. Just loved, loved Ananya with Malvika in her cabin. This girl just refuses to give up on her self-esteem and self-confidence at any cost, and I adore her for this. I am sure she will continue to do this even with Shreya. The JSP moment reflected the same too, "dusron ki galti ki bharpai bhi wohi kar pate hain jinmein atma-vishwas ho", as much as Kabir made up for Ananya's mistake, Ananya did for Malvika's by making inspector Khurana be the saving grace of Kabir's show. It's so amazing how these two, otherwise so different individuals, are actually so alike, be it their courage to handle any situation with utmost bravery or their quality to keep fighting, and fighting , and fighting till they win. I'd say...It just cannot get more beautiful than this (or just may be) 😉

I am a silent member but your post made me to write something. I feel you are one of those few people who understood this episode correctly. Most of the people are busy in bashing ananya but we are forgetting that even kabir has gone through this earlier. He is mature today cause he made mistakes earlier and paid price. Ananya will definitely become as good as reporter if not better once this is over. And I also find them very similar actually rather than different. Only may b way of expressing things.
