^ Why would they hate him for playing Punjabi characters.. most of them are Punjabis themselves and if nothing else they'd love it.

I think many hate him for doing Gadar.

I dont know why thats why I asked.. I never watch his movies and so the only think I know is that he plays punjabi characters a lot..

the so called bollywood buffs here seem to know only about sunny 's recent films in which he plays punjabi , At his peak sunny was a great actor😛

Let them hate him if they want to. He doesn't owe them an explanation.

They were irked with Aamir also after Sarfarosh. Who cares?

I am a Pakistani and i like sunny and boby deol as an actors :P for me the most hate personality of India in Pakistan is the singer Abhijeet Bhatachariya who once was very famous for Shahrukh Khan songs
