Dharma was reeling under losses after debacle of Agneepath. Since when did Dharma Productions become huge? It was only with KKHH they got a new lease of life!

That's why K Jo is such an SRK bootlicker.

YRF was also suffering from flops. Faasle, Vijay, Lamhe...all flops. Yash Chopra had lost his magic. Adi Chopra was new when he took over. Everyone was rejecting their films. Even newbies like Saif and Aamir were showing attitude to them. SRK was a harmless, affordable choice who turned out to be talented and successful for them as well and their fortunes turned around.
YRF and SRK have been mutually beneficial for each other. Why wouldn't you stick with someone who has proven beneficial for you?

Shakti Samanta used to stick to Rajesh Khanna, Manmohan Desai to AB, Arjun Hingorrany to Dharmendra, so why not YRF to SRK if their partnership is successful?

Successful partnership is everybody's dream. Akshay Kumar had it with Priyadarshan and Vipul Shah. Why all butthurt over SRK and YRF only?

This much I'll give to Salman he worked with mostly chota mota director/producers and made their films hit whereas SRK relied on Yrf/Dharma's big budget films to give hits. Yrf/Dharma's contribution to Srk's career is hugr, all his biggest hits are with them.
