If the guy in the alto wasn't wearing seat belts, it was wrong but even if they would've worn seat belts and had their car rammed by an overspeeding merc, it is them who still would've suffered. Merc vs Alto, Airbags vs No Airbags.

1) How many here, have never exceeded speed limit in highways?
2) How many drivers in India insist on passengers wearing seatbelt?
3) How many us have travelled in a wrong lane in a highway?

All 3 are illegal. But in which case, more chances of accident? Who caused it?

Hemamalini should have been quiet as the other party has lost the child. But the father unnecessarily blamed Hema for the loss of his child. Media and people became moral police, she went mad.

Yea I don't totally blame Hema, the ambulance should have taken the little girl w/Hema to the hospital and the driver is the only one to blame. Hema's driver already got bail.I have seen the video of the person who have given lift to Hema.He said to media that he recognized Hema when he stopped the car to look what happened and Hema personally asked him to take her to Hospital.He said they did talk to local MLA at that time about the incident etc etc.

Whatever be the reason
