My suggesions:

1) Bechari Shagun
2) Bacho ki Ma Shagun
3) Shagun ki Mohabbatein

I prefer a title which bear the name of the "CENTRAL" character... :)

Hilarious, you cracked me up. Shagun ki mohabbatein is best. My vote goes for that.
I also like 'Mohabbatein pehli mole wali biwi ki' lolz.

i find YEH HAIN MUSIBATEIN most apt as its nt only at shagun but cvs have been torturing us wid others too😆
