Shikar doesn't know Ishani loves rv as far as he is concerned, he believes what Ishani told him that she hates RV. But as a man who loves and cares so much for Ishani, he is just helping in whatever way he can to expose ritika. Ishani is using him and playing with his mind instead of telling the truth that she only loves RV. I feel sorry for both Shikar and RV.
