Before I begin I have to make it clear that I like Jodha a lot. However just because you like someone you do not have to agree with everything they do right? And today I really could not understand Jodha.

It seems from today's episode that Jodha is alright with the fact that Salim is in "love" with a rakkasa and she is going to try to convince Akbar to understand and agree to it.😲

After last Friday I thought she would at least try to make Salim understand his responsibilities as the heir to the Sultanate and towards his family. She would try to show him his immature ways and if that did not work then show him really well how her palm feels against his cheek when it collides hard against it.

But no...it seems that she has determined that it is Akbar who needs to be explained and made to understand this "mohabbat" of Salim so that their dear Salim also can make "mohabbat ki nishanis" with his beloved Anarkali😕

I am all for love and all that jazz but within certain parameters.

I probably sound very bigoted but I hope that Jo will also be squarely with Akbar on this one. I hope Akbar convinces her and makes her understand why Salim-Anar relationship cannot go forward. I would like to see them united as parents trying to help their son, the Wali A'had see the light.

she had celebrated khwaja shera birth day

Jodha is blind now on son's luv,may b she dnt want to loose him again don't wrry Jo will b in Ja side only

And I totally admired her for those things. But the future Shahenshah wanting to marry a dancing girl is a little too much to agree to even for Jo.

yeah...right how can she support his son in this decision. She also has to think of her family's reputation and never think for once of maan bai, how can she neglect that bcoz of her son maan bai will suffer so much humiliation in the society

i dont think jodha will convince jallu to accept salim anar love because for her his husband reputation and words are everythinf and he already give his words to bhagwan das, what i think jodha try to told jallu bout salim anar and may be they can find solution for this matter and she is very aware bout what mann bai will face if the marriage off because bhagwan das told jodha once when jodha want to cancel the engagement after she found out salim like go to red area.

eventhough jodha love salim but my guess she will with jallu in this matter because her husband and her brother honour at stake now.

this problem wont come out if salim come clean when jallu announce salim mann bai marriage, salim had lot opportunity to tell jallu and jodha that mann bai is not the woman he love but he never did why ? because that time he hate anar and to erase her from his memory .. and now he is very much with anar and suddenly want to back off from marriage ? i would say it pretty much too late .. now i want to see how jallu will handle this matter

You probably are right. Jo most likely will not try to convince Akbar for the Salim-Anar relation/marriage given the fact that so many lives are at stake. I just feel that she should not have said things in a way that raised Salim's hopes. Some things should be dealt with in an upfront manner without beating around the bush and this was one of those. Would be Shahenshah wanting to marry a dancing girl is an instant no-go.

I have not seen the MEA movie so I don't really know the details just the gist of it. Will have to wait and see how JoJa deal with this curveball.

I am usually in the middle of my work day when I watch the show and write a post so sometimes things get written in a hurry and end up being a little more harsh than they need to be like today.

I took things a little too seriously and poor Jodha got the brunt of it.
