They say that, A boy's first superhero and a girl's first love is their dad. Whether a strict disciplinarian or a doting dad, the first man in our lives play an important role in shaping our futures and while we don't always get a chance to tell them how much they mean to us, this Father's Day our television stars give out a special message for their father on Fathers' Day.

Sadly, my father as he lives in Delhi with my family. But my brother and I have planned a big surprise for him and he is making sure I won't be missed by having a huge celebration for the day. My father is my rock. The best advice he gave me was to be comfortable with the way you are and always be a positive influence.

Ankit Bathla currently seen in Thapki...Pyaar Ki:

I plan on gifting my dad a relaxing spa day to rejuvenate himself as he has worked hard for us all his entire life. I'm a big foodie and I remember how he once surprised me by cooking my favorite dish. It made me very emotional as he learnt cooking only because of my love for food.

Dimple Jhangiani currently seen in Tumhi Ho Bandhu Sakha Tumhi:

Father is the only man who doesn't break a girl's heart. He is my real hero. Whatever I'm today is because of him. Really love him more than anyone. He stood with me in worst and the best times. He is my super hero.

I am my father's shadow... I have transformed from a shy kid to an extrovert and it's all thanks to my father to make me the kind of person I am today.

The greatest gift I ever had came from God, and I call him Dad. My dad has always supported me in whatever I wanted to do. I feel proud to be his daughter and give him all the credit for what I am today.

Mudit Nayar currently seen in Badi Devrani

My father is my pillar of strength. He is more like a friend to me than a father. He is a person who has stood by me and supported me throughout the difficult times in my life. I would like to do a father role even if I get a change in my own show Badii Devrani. It would be a great feeling.
