I don't think she heard it .I think she was shocked pleasantly to see Dhruv smiling ,not unpleasantly for Thapki's stammering.Either Thapki's voice wouldn't be audible to her or may be she would be shown too much in noticing the bonding of both to hear anything Thapki was saying.
