When Answesha maam calls the mother in the orphanage to enquire about Utkarsh, Niti and Siyali.. The lady from the orphanage says that initially they thought Utkarsh and Siyali are siblings but later they found out that they do not have blood relation... So if Siyali is not Utkarsh's sister how can she be Sid's sister, since Utkarsh and Sid are brother's as per Urmila's secret past..??!!! So no, they are not..😊
